Terms of Service

By purchasing my art, you automatically agree to my ToS.

Please read the terms carefully and completely.

I will and can refuse service if you do not agree.

Do NOT use my art for NFT or AI purposes.

Do NOT trace my art.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

By submitting a commission form, you agree to my ToS.

You agree to the policy of using the art you commission from me for personal, non-profit uses (unless stated).

You must provide credit to me whenever you publish my artwork.

If you do not follow the ToS, you will be blacklisted.

You are expected to read the ToS entirely.

You may use and share the work with proper credit that leads back to me.

You may NOT upload or claim my work as your own.

You may use the artwork for personal use such as: pfps/icons, phone/desktop background, personal website/profiles (not monetary).

You may print or use the artwork for physical reproduction as long as it is for PERSONAL USE only.

You may NOT use the artwork for projects, commercial, non-commercial, redistribution. (shirts, hoodies, posters, etc.) Unless stated.

You have the right to the character design when you have purchased an adoptable.

You may NOT modify* or edit* the artwork (*change it from original state).

You may NOT redistribute or trace the artwork to create a "base"

You may NOT haggle the price of the commission. This will result you in being blacklisted.

By commissioning me you agree to these terms and conditions.

I am allowed to post your commission if I should do so. Unless stated otherwise.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission order and or customer.

I have the right to refund your commission at full if I do not wish to do it.

I might take 2-4 days to get to your order. I do caution it could a bit longer at times.

To begin working on your commission, it could take 1-2 weeks. An extra 1-2 to ensure I get it done without any complications.

NO HARASSMENT based on work speed. This will result in you being blacklisted.

You may set a deadline for your order. This will need to be discussed before starting your commission.

I am allowed to decline your order based on the deadline.

I am allowed to ignore deadlines if I am not notified before starting on your order. You must wait until I have time cleared up from my schedule to begin your project. I am not responsible for lateness.

It is both I and the customer's responsibility to have proactive communication.

I have the responsibility to notify the customer of any delays.

You are responsible for filling out a commission form.

You will receive a message from me for confirmation.

You may receive a message confirming details or questions for more details.

You are responsible for being detailed about your commission order.

Extra charges may apply if any character is too detailed. I may simplify with no extra fee. I will let you know of this charge and you are allowed to change anything deemed fit. (design of the character, etc.)

The expected language for any message or email must be English (Spanish OK).

We are to discuss details before any transaction is made.

After payment completion is confirmed I will be forwarding you an invoice/recipt.

I am NOT responsible for any mistakes made during the transaction process through PayPal.

I only accept USD via PayPal. Occasionally I accept Robux.

You will be responsible for currency conversions.

After receiving full payment, I will begin the sketching phase.

I will request the payment via PayPal (not including Robux). Do NOT send any sort of payment until I have confirmed everything on my side and otherwise stated.

Your order will cease after 24 HOURS if there is no confirmation or payment within the day the order is placed.

An order that is placed before midnight begins (your timezone) and that has not been confirmed will have the next day.

If you repeatedly make orders without being able to pay, you will be blacklisted.

I will send a sketch/WIP after payment is 100% complete.

The file types will be .png or .jpg within pms or emails.

You are responsible for ensuring that your commission comes out the way you want it to.

I am NOT responsible for any dissatisfaction surrounding the order if I do not receive any feedback.

You are welcome to request a WIP (after full payment) at any given moment except if i'm away from my desktop.

I only accept two revisions but I do allow any smaller revisions whenever it is expressed.

I will always ask for feedback when sending a WIP.

I will NOT make sketch changes during the coloring stage. You will be responsible to express any dissatisfaction.

Depending on the nature of the revision, you may be subject to a fee. Ex: If I am already done with lineart.

I am NOT responsible of the ownership regarding the character/s

After commission is complete I only allow color changes or anything that I have personally missed in the original order.

No feedback will result in a fee. As I am not responsible for your satisfaction when I am not given any communication from the customer.

I will NOT redraw a complete order unless you place a second one to recover the time and money.

I will only refund a payment if I have not started working on the sketch phase of your order.

Once I send you the sketch/WIP there will be NO REFUNDS.

If I cancel an order, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%. If we discuss a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will NOT REFUND your said deposit if you cancel your payment plan.

I will refund 85% if there are PayPal errors. This does not include loss of your account.

If you issue a chargeback for any reason, you will be blacklisted.

If for any reason your PayPal authorizes a refund without you knowing, you must contact me as soon as possible.

You are responsible to communicate a refund or canceling an order.

There may be slight differences between any images of the artwork I post versus the one you receive. (Lighting, overlay, etc.)

The customer must RESPECT my artistic style will not be altered.

I am allowed to reject critiques.

You are REQUIRED and RESPONSIBLE for credit that links back to me wherever my work is posted by you.

You are RESPONSIBLE for any information, images and other data I send your way.

I will only preserve your order for 5 MONTHS. It is your responsibility to keep your file safe. Excluding the fact that my technology could malfunction or any accidental deletion on my behalf.

I have the right to keep your commission off or on my page at any time.

Rude behavior will result in you being blacklisted.

I am allowed to sign/watermark my work.

You will receive the artwork with a signature/watermark.

You are responsible for crediting me and protecting your character by adding your own watermark/signature on top.

I claim all copyright of my work. have the right to redistribute, reproduce, allowed personal and profitable use unless discussed.

Public commissions will allow me to do whatever I want such as posting the work or promoting myself. (I will give proper credit to you for the character).

I will NOT use the artwork for personal or commercial use unless discussed.

I will NOT claim any character designs unless I have designed them.

You are responsible for disclosing if your commission will be private.

A Privacy Request ensues that I am not allowed to share any images or videos on social media.

This must also mean you must refrain from sharing any of progress.
